UrbanGlass seeks an organized and community-focused arts professional to join the Education team as Youth & Outreach Coordinator. Reporting to the Youth & Outreach Manager, this part-time position supports youth and community programs that advance access, equity, and inclusion in glassmaking. The role requires flexibility and involves both onsite work at UrbanGlass and offsite programs with community partners across New York City.

The Youth & Outreach Coordinator contributes to programs in a hands-on and adaptable manner. Responsibilities may include preparing materials, assisting with workshops or tours, supporting partner programs, and helping ensure activities run smoothly. The Coordinator also supports interns and teaching artists, represents UrbanGlass in the community, and documents programs for reporting and promotional purposes.

As a member of the Education team, the Youth & Outreach Coordinator works collaboratively with staff, artists, and community partners to foster welcoming, well-executed, and engaging learning experiences. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, and a demonstrated commitment to expanding access to glassmaking for youth and communities throughout the city.
