Artist Talk with Cecilia Lopez-Bravo

In tandem with our UrbanSparkle exhibition, we are thrilled to have Cecilia Lopez-Bravo give an artist talk about her work. For more on this exhibition click HERE.

Cecilia Lopez-Bravo is a self-taught, contemporary jeweler and glass artist who splits her time between New York City and Mendoza, Argentina. She is an alumni of the UrbanGlass Bead Project Program from 2008 where she first learn flameworking skills and continued to make after the program. Her collection of jewelry is her artistic attempt to raise awareness about the consequences of climate change. Please join us for what is sure to be a wonderful artist talk as we  dive a little further into her process and inspiration behind her work.
