A memorial service for the late Connie Parriott (1954 – 2013) will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the family’s Whidbey Island property. The 2 PM event taking place in Coupeville, Washington, has a black-and-white dress code, and those who knew Connie and the family are encouraged to attend. During the service, her ashes mixed with wildflower seeds will be spread along paths and in gardens.

In an effort to defray the sizable medical expenses incurred during Connie’s treatment, a fund has been set up by well-wishers.

Entitled “The Connie Parriott Benevolent Account,” the fund is now accepting contributions. Those who wish to participate can send a check made payable to “The Connie Parriott Benevolent Account” to Sarah Traver, Traver Gallery, 110 Union Street, Suite 200, Seattle WA 98101, or directly to BECU, PO Box 97050, Seattle, WA 98124. All contributions will go directly to a savings account that can be accessed only by her bereaved husband, Charlie.
