Waste Not, Want Not

March 31st - May 5th
Jane Bruce, Dorie Guthrie |

No matter how hard one tries, most artists working with kilnforming techniques end up with an ever-increasing collection of glass scraps that are left over from previous projects. However, when looked at as a resource, they are small pieces of glass waiting to be given a second life. This class will look at a variety of ways of bringing new life to Bullseye scrap glass, including pot & mesh melts, pattern bars, and puddles, with and without the addition of a small selection of additional sheet glass, powder and/or frit. Open to all levels.
