Veggie Blow: Glassblowing Weekend

August 1st - August 2nd
Joshua Raiffe |

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you blew glass into a bell pepper? Can you imagine what the texture of a cored-out cabbage would look like!?  In this class we will blow glass into various vegetables. Along the way students will learn the basics of glass blowing and mold blowing. Not only do vegetables have tons of beautiful texture, but they are also easily carved and endlessly manipulable. The produce aisle will never look the same again! Open to all ages 11 and up, 10 with a parent/caregiver.
