Classes will cover carving, cutting, sandblasting, and polishing glass, and provide insight into the equipment and processes of the cold shop. Students can incorporate these techniques into their own artistic practices in a myriad of ways, from removing the punty on a blown piece, to carving a sculpture from a blank piece of glass.
