Taking the Work out of Coldworking

This course is an exploration into advanced coldworking techniques. Students will explore all aspects of the coldshop using the cold glass processes to sculpt and transform glass objects. Students will investigate texture, shape and the optical qualities of glass using lamination, diamond wheel cutting, and faceting. Students will leave with finished projects as well as a toolbox of skills and a sketchbook of ideas. All skill levels welcome; this class will cover a range of skills for students at a beginning, intermediate or advanced level.
