Stained Glass Studies

September 28th - November 2nd
Laura Carbone |

From Gothic windows to Tiffany lamps, stained glass has captured the imagination for hundreds of years. Contemporary artists have expanded the traditional use of stained glass beyond windows into autonomous panels, three-dimensional structures and sculpture. Designed for all experience levels, beginners learn fundamental design, glass cutting, and assembly methods to create their own stained glass pieces, while experienced students can explore advanced techniques like glass painting, sandblasting, and plating to develop more intricate works.  Enjoy individualized attention while working at one’s own pace.
