Simple Goblets/Definitions

October 15th - November 26th
Charles Provenzano |

Considered the Holy Grail of glassblowing, goblets will challenge your comfort zones and raise your skills to new heights. Simple Goblets/Definitions is a basic advanced beginner/intermediate level class, focused on the three-part vessel: bowl, avolio, and blown foot. This class will explore bowls of many shapes and sizes, as well as simple stems, and folded foot exercises. Class begins with a demonstration and analysis of the exercise, followed by student blow time. Class will include several short discussions accompanied by a slide show, and opportunities for critique. If you are serious about advancing your glassblowing repertoire, please join us for this goblet workshop!
