Intermediate Glassblowing: Bottles & Bowls

February 3rd - March 10th
Jessi Moore |

Take your glassblowing skills to the next level by exploring the more advanced shapes of bottles and bowls. Each of these shapes present exciting design possibilities, and require students to practice control, heat, and tool use to get the desired form. Practice stretching the glass to form a neck, or managing heat and turning to create a low bowl.

This class is for students with previous experience looking to expand their skills in the glassblowing studio. You should have 1-2 years of experience, and feel comfortable gathering and moving through the steps of making a basic cup. Not there yet? Check out our introductory classes to build your skills.

This is an in-person class taking place on-site at UrbanGlass. Health and safety guidelines will be emailed to you upon registration.
