Maintaining Digital Documentation: What to Do with Your Files!

Wondering what to do with all your digital files like pictures of artwork, installations, photoshop files, and more? This workshop will go over best practices for organizing and managing your digital files to preserve them for the future and find them for your next artist talk or grant application! We will go over creating file naming systems and archival practices to save those TIFFs and JPEGs. 

This is a virtual class taking place online via Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration with further instructions for accessing the class.

Hilary Wang

Hilary Wang is a maker turned archivist. She holds a MSLIS from the Pratt Institute School of Information and was the Guggenheim Museum Born-Digital Archives Fellow and a former Graduate Fellow at Barnard College Archives and Special Collections.
