One-Day Mosaics (Fall)

Join us for a one day introduction to glass mosaics and come away with a beautiful completed mosaic to decorate your home! Students will learn all the basic techniques necessary to master the art of mosaics, such as cutting, adhering, and grouting flat glass. All ages 12+ are welcomed.

This is an in-person class taking place on-site at UrbanGlass. Health and safety guidelines will be emailed to you upon registration.

As of September 7, proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine must be shown for in-person classes and studio access. Proof of vaccination* can be shown via:

  • CDC Paper Card
  • Digital Record or Copy of Vaccination Card
  • NYC COVID Safe App
  • Excelsior Pass

Please bring your vaccine record for a visual check on the first day of class.

*Any WHO approved vaccines are accepted as part of the city’s order.

Courtney McCloskey is inspired by the environments around her and how they impact the quality of life. After receiving her BFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia she moved to Brooklyn where she has become part of two communal public access studios GasWorks and UrbanGlass.
