More Fiyah! Intermediate Glass Techniques

June 23rd - June 24th
Leo Tecosky |

In this intermediate glassblowing class, we will explore the skill set needed to work hotter, faster and more efficiently in the hot shop. Class discussions about teamwork and shop ergonomics will help us get comfortable with the fast paced process of “blowing hot”. Catered towards students with previous experience in the hot shop, this class will allow students to begin exploring outside of their comfort zone, delving into asymmetry, larger work, and more complex processes, like the stuffed color cup. Bring a sketchbook and be ready for that fiyah!
