Introduction to Neon Script Lettering

January 30th - March 5th
Stephanie Lifshutz |

In this 6 week course students will learn the advanced skills required to write in script with neon. We will begin by reviewing basic techniques like right angles, double-backs, and soft curves, then work from a pattern to make our own original signs, as well as wiring and mounting them for display. Students will finish this class with the knowledge and understanding to mark up a pattern properly, work through the order of bends, and problem-solve the process of making a neon sign on their own.

Some neon experience recommended, as script is a challenging technique.
