Intermediate Glassblowing

So you've learned how to gather and manipulate molten glass?!?! What comes next ... Basic shapes!

In this intermediate glassblowing class we'll practice refining the basics of blowing glass through studying the building blocks of glassblowing. Focusing on three basic shapes; sphere, cone and cylinder students will study how temperature, gravity and air work together in the hot shop. While emphasis will be primarily on shaping there will be time allotted to explore color techniques as well.
