Glassblowing Projects

June 17th - July 22nd
Shuhei Fujii, Mia Sartori |

Ready to get back into the hotshop to work towards new or paused ideas? This class is for you! Designed for students with a solid background in the hotshop who are looking for a little more guidance, this class will offer the technical support you need to bring your ideas to life. We will spend the first day of class reviewing students’ sketches, discussing projects, and planning out demos based on students’ interests, so come prepared to brainstorm!

This is an in-person class taking place on-site at UrbanGlass. Health and safety guidelines will be emailed to you upon registration.

The projects courses are designed for students who wish to explore specific projects or ideas in a process that they already have some experience with, but are still looking for guidance from an instructor. This is a perfect option if you have been out of the studio for the past year but are looking for an opportunity to have technical support while working towards a new idea. Bring a few sketches or ideas to brainstorm on the first class as a starting point. Each Projects course has more specific details about prerequisite skills and/or comfort level in their descriptions.
