Get Lit!

November 2nd - November 3rd
Jason Minami |

Glass and light - what a perfect combination! This course will explore a variety of light sources to incorporate into your glassblowing practice. We will work in the hotshop to create blown forms and delve into glass blowing techniques like basic mold blowing to create them with efficiency. The coldshop will be available to cut, grind and finish your pieces, and demonstrations will show you how to combine a chosen light source with a glass piece. Leave with your own illuminated artworks and inspiration from each other to continue with your glowing works of art.
