Basics of Boro

October 13th - October 14th
Jesse Yager |

This two day workshop will solidify students basic flameworking skills. Using traditional techniques, we will make a variety of geometric shapes and animal forms. The first day we will focus on solid sculpture, using colored and clear borosilicate glass cane. On day two, students will pull points to create functional hollow forms. Demonstrations will be brief to allow students time to work. Be prepared to explore, design, and collaborate. Open to all levels.
