After School Meltdown: High School Glassblowing

In this after school class, students will build a foundation working with hot glass. After  covering the basics through making a series of solid and blown objects, students will be encouraged to find their own voice in the material and develop projects of their own. This six week course is designed for the young creative. Open to all skill levels, ages 14-18.

Mia Sartori

Mia Sartori is a Brooklyn based artist specializing in hot glass. After receiving her BFA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio Mia has continued to explore glass as a material in relationship to common place objects, always looking to utilize and experiment with glass in different ways.
