Opening: Therman Statom and Toots Zynsky at Habatat’s new Florida gallery this Friday

Timed to coincide with the opening of Art Palm Beach this Friday, January 15th, Habatat Galleries will be running shuttle buses from the main art fair, where it has taken a booth, to its new West Palm Beach, Florida, gallery location seven blocks away for an opening reception for their new exhibition of the work of Therman Statom and Toots Zynsky.

Longtime friends and fellow RISD glass grads, Statom and Zynsky will both be present at the opening for their adjacent solo exhibitions at the new Habatat Galleries location on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach. The gallery, which opened in October 2009, has appropriately titled the exhbition “Friends that Helped Shape a Movement.” The opening will run from 4 – 7 on Friday.
