Opening: Therese Lahaie work included in group exhibition with water as theme

This Saturday, May 1st, the Bolinas Museum in Bolinas, California, will host an opening of a group exhibition entitled “H2O – the Element of Water in Art (an informal survey),” which will feature the work of 17 artists inluding the kinetic glass sculpture of Therese Lahaie.

“From water as artistic partner and medium to water as relic or abstracted reality – in this exhibition the element has inspired artists known for kinetic sculpture, abstract photography, subtle paintings, political action and commentary, land art, print making and narrative sculpture,” reads an exhibition announcement.

Curated by Bolinas Museum’s Dieter Tremp, the exhibition will continue through June 13th, 2010.
