Join us for a night of togetherness at UrbanGlass in the Hot Shop on Monday Oct 30th, 2023. Marc Barreda will be onsite demonstrating how to make trick glasses and Kitty Lameris will join in via zoom for a virtual presentation to share further insights found in their research. Their book Trick Glasses will be available for purchase at the event. Light refreshments will be provided.


Doors open at 5:30 PM, the Demo begins at 6.

Drawn to Glass: Teen Gallery Sketching (FREE)

Calling NYC teens! Get inspired by artwork and create some of your own with a drop-in drawing session in our Agnes Varis Art Center. Explore Transparency and Opacity, a multi-media show by artists Jacek J. Kolasiński and Edouard Duval-Carrié, and sketch in the gallery from works in the exhibit. Stay and develop drawings for the whole afternoon, or swing by for a quick doodle. Optional group share and discussion throughout! Art materials are provided, but feel free to bring your trusty sketchbook.

Club EXILE: Disco Mosaic Workshop
