Neon Weekend

March 2nd - March 3rd
Ashley Goodwyn |

This workshop is open to all ages. In this fast-paced weekend workshop, learn to manipulate a glass tube to create your own, unique neon sign. We will start with demonstrations on equipment safety, basic bends, and good technique, and lead into an afternoon of practice time. Use the night between classes to process what you've learned and come up with ideas for experimentation, or a simple, thought out drawing. By the end of the weekend you will have a bent sign, playful or planned, which will be pumped with gas and that you can display with pride. Open to all levels. Ages 11 and up.
