Make Your Own Easter Egg Paperweight!

Work one-on-one with a teaching artist in this 30-minute lesson to make your own Easter Egg paperweight in our glassblowing studio! Choose from optical twists and bright, swirling colors to create a festive decoration for the holidays! One registration per person.

What to Expect: After a brief demonstration, you will select your colors and form to create a unique ornament! Safety, color application, and tools will all be covered in a fun and exciting environment. Please arrive a few minutes before your lesson. Glassblowing involves a variety of activities including sitting, standing, and working with hot glass. The environment can be very hot and loud at times. Handling glass and tools may require a certain level of dexterity and ability to lift 5-10 lbs approximately. To learn more about accessibility the Accessibility page on our website.

Eligibility: No experience required, open to ages 14 and up.

Pick-up: The glass needs to cool down overnight, so the students will have to return to UrbanGlass once notified to pick up their work.
