Celeste is a scientific glassblower and multimedia artist from New Jersey. She graduated in 2018 with a BFA in sculpture from Pratt Institute. While working as a monitor in several of Pratt's shops, she gained valuable knowledge and experience while helping fellow students. There she developed a passion for sharing knowledge of materials and their processes. Celeste was introduced to glass through Pratt Institute and UrbanGlass' partnership class and fell in love with the unique material. Following her undergrad she worked at UrbanGlass as a technician, TA, and instructor with a deep love and involvement with the UrbanGlass community. In 2022 Celeste enrolled in Salem Community College to pursue a degree in Scientific Glass Technology. She currently attends the program and works at H.S. Martin -AGI North America as a scientific glassblower.
