Stephen Wallace has been working primarily with borosilicate glass for almost 6 years. His introduction to glassblowing came from a hot shop class he took during his senior year (2009) at Palo Alto High School, in California. That same year he became fascinated with making soft glass (Effetre-104) beads. While attending University of Oregon in 2011, he started working with borosilicate glass, and became immersed in the glassblowing community of Eugene, OR.
