Alex Utts is a glass artist with a background in scientific glass technology, graduating from Salem Community College under the mentorship of Bob Russell. Working with glass since 2015, Alex honed their skills in both New Jersey and California, and has continued to expand their practice through workshops such as those at Tucson Torch Works with Upgrade Glass. While no longer focused exclusively on wave forms, Alex remains inspired by the fluidity of molten glass and explores that movement through unique and evolving techniques.
