Open Studios: Beads! Celebrating 20 years of The Bead Project

Join us for a special UrbanGlass Open Studios: Beads where we celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Bead Project! Our Open Studios are an opportunity to explore our spectacular-- and closed to the public-- 17,000 square foot facility, and watch artists work! Participate in hands-on activities for all ages, and tour our incredible studios, learning about glass and the ways it can be used.

The Bead Project is a scholarship program designed for creatively inclined, economically disadvantaged women. Over the past 20 years, hundreds of women have graduated from this program and as part of our Open Studios we will be hosting an exhibition showcasing work made by Alumni of this program spanning 20 years.
