Join us to hear artist Joseph Cavalieri speak about his work, in particular his upcoming exhibition in the UrbanGlass windows.
Joseph Cavalieri has work in the permanent collection of the Museum of Arts and Design (NYC), the Leslie-Lohman Museum (NYC), and the STAX Museum (Memphis,TN). He works in a material with a power with a powerful spiritual history: painted stained glass. Since 1997 Joseph has exhibited internationally, taught workshops around the world, and has been invited to over eleven artist residencies. Joseph’s MTA Arts for Transit commission can be viewed at the Philipse Manor Train Station in Westchester, New York, and 30 new works can be seen in a current solo exhibition at the OUT Hotel in Manhattan.
