UrbanGlass, the New York City based nonprofit established in 1977, fosters experimentation and advances the use and critical understanding of glass as a creative medium.
Classes at UrbanGlass offer students of all ages the opportunity to explore the endless possibilities of glass. Educational programming includes everything from introductory classes for all ages to master classes for professional artists, as both in-person and virtual offerings.

This four day course will introduce students to the fundamentals of working with borosilicate glass. Through a series of creative exercises students will experience the material's range of expressive possibilities.
