Intimidated by the cold shop? Not sure which machine should be used for what? When explored for their own inherent value and integrated into an artist’s menu of glass working techniques, coldworking processes can be used not only to finish off rims and punties, but also to enhance and extend works to a new level. In this one day class students will learn how to safely and effectively use the most suitable piece of equipment to achieve their desired results. Time in the studio will be complemented by a short presentation on historical and contemporary coldworked glass.
This is an in-person class taking place on-site at UrbanGlass. Health and safety guidelines will be emailed to you upon registration.
