Curious about mindfulness meditation but not quite sure where to begin? Join MNDFL-certified instructor Jessica Angima for an evening of delving in to this thing called mindfulness. We'll meditate together and explore how these practices can enliven our artistic lives.The evening will cover the basic of meditation, the benefits of a daily practice and tools for starting a personal practice.
