Pat and Alan Symonds Scholarships

In 2006 the artist Toots Zynsky donated the proceeds from the sale of a Waterspout to fund scholarships in honor of Pat and Alan Symonds. Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 are available to applicants with less than 10 years of glassworking experience wishing to take classes at UrbanGlass. The scholarship covers the cost of classes and any balance may be applied to studio rental fees. The scholarship does not cover materials or assistants. Applicants may apply at any time and will be informed within 45 days of submission of a scholarship award.
